busy being boring

We have been so, so, so busy.....yet I haven't had much to post because unpacking boxes, filling print orders, painting walls and baseboards, editing pictures, setting up baby changing stations and make-up counters, and organizing files are just boring things to write about! This is about all we've been up to...

Setting up little play stations for Sammi while we paint backdrops and organize equipment...

Building workstations to use for framing, UPS shipment prep, cutting, and packaging orders...(note the dust in all of these photos! Yikes!)

Putting together our IKEA furniture like this cool pocket table (we still have to pick up the chairs, get a rug, put the floors in, hang a TV, and hang artwork....and that's just in this tiny little room!!!)

Cleaning, cleaning, cleaning....sometimes Sammi does actually do more cleaning than "damage" when she "helps"! :) :) :) :)

And.....letting our awesome neighbors Joe and Lisa allow us to do taste-testing for their trial runs of Reece's train birthday cake when we get home late from each hard day's work! :) So cute, and soooo good! Can't wait for the party!  :)

All in all we've been doing well! Tired all the time but excited and anxious to get the million more things done in the new place so it can just be done already!!! We've come a long way yet we have a long way to go. :) Sammi hasn't been feeling well the last few days (she also hasn't been to the chiropractor in about 4 weeks because we've been slackers in our personal lives lately)------so, I took her to the doctor today and sure enough, she has an ear infection (along with a cold). Ugh.....jeepers. We are going to start going back to the chiro again and we'll see if the treatments working were coincidence with the summer months or if they really work. We'll keep you updated for sure. 

Well, I'm off to bed! I'm too tired to stay up until 1, 2, 3:00am like Dan does every night to get work done (and yes, then back up again at 6:30)......he is getting a little run down (not feeling great---tired---& a cold coming on) and I do worry about him! I keep having this feeling this baby will come early but I actually hope not. As much as I can't wait to not be pregnant anymore, we have a LOT to do before SLS greets us!!! We haven't even started our Christmas shopping yet......we haven't even thought about Sammi's new room & we're RUNNING OUT OF TIME!!!! Somebody please make the clocks slow down!!!! :) :) :)
